- 1919年、日本クロス工業（株）を京都市西陣に創立。
- 1928年、京都市西京極に天神川工場を建設。
- 1937年、大平製紙（株）の前身・大平加工製紙（株）を設立。
- 1943年、大平加工製紙を大平製紙（株）に改称。
- 1974年、ダイニック（株）へ社名を変更。
- 2003年、大平製紙（株）を吸収合併。
