- 1909年、川北商店川北徳三郎、金万商店難波礼吉及び山大商店高井治兵衛の三者が丸三商店を設立。
- 1910年。多田岩吉が丸三商店の代表者となり、丸三多田岩吉商店として営業を開始。
- 1925年、丸三長尾秀一商店と改称。
- 1944年、入サ証券株式会社の株式を買い取り、丸三証券株式会社に商号を変更。
