*1893年、神阪電気鉄道株式会社（明治27年3月22日摂津電気鉄道株式会社に改称）を設立発起。

*1899年、社名を阪神電気鉄道株式会社と改称。

*1910年、北大阪電気軌道株式会社を設立。

*1911年、北大阪電気軌道株式会社を合併。

*1928年、阪神国道自動車株式会社を設立。

*1999年、住友商事株式会社との合弁により、阪神エアカーゴ株式会社を設立。
