*1951年、北海道配電（株）と日本発送電（株）が設備を投資・譲渡し北海道電力（株）を設立。

*1956年、北電興業（株）を設立。

*1968年、日本軽金属（株）と共同で出資し苫小牧共同発電（株）を設立。後に北海道パワーエンジニアリング（株）に改称。

*1970年、北海道電設工事（株）を設立。後の（株）テクセル。

*1974年、北海道火力工事（株）を設立。

*1982年、北海道水力発電（株）を設立。
